User Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• To use our platform, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately. GVA will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property Rights

• All content provided on this platform, including videos, PDFs, graphics, logos, and course materials, is the exclusive property of Growth Veda Academy.

• Users are granted a non-transferable, limited license to access the content for personal learning only.

• Strict Action: Copying, recording, re-selling, or distributing GVA's content on any other platform (YouTube, Telegram, etc.) is a legal offense and will result in immediate termination of access and legal proceedings.

Service Modifications

• GVA reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or feature without prior notice.

• We may update these terms from time to time, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically.

Termination of Access

• We reserve the right to ban any user who engages in fraudulent activities, uses abusive language with the support team, or tries to manipulate our affiliate system.

Earning Structure Affiliates of Growth Veda Academy earn commissions based on successful referrals. A referral is considered successful only when the payment is fully verified by our system.

Weekly Payout Cycle (Monday Special)

• Fixed Payout Day: GVA follows a strict weekly payout system. All commissions earned during the week will be calculated and processed every Monday.

• Verification: Only verified sales (where payment is cleared) will be included in the Monday payout.

• Payment Method: Commissions will be transferred to the bank account or UPI details provided by the affiliate in their GVA dashboard.

Affiliate Rules and Ethics

• Fair Marketing: Affiliates must not use misleading information or fake promises to sell courses.

• Account Safety: One person can only have one affiliate account. Creating multiple accounts to gain self-referral commissions is strictly prohibited.

• Suspension: If any affiliate is found using spam techniques or unethical practices, GVA reserves the right to hold their commission and permanently block their account.
